It's becoming more and more difficult for families to find a quick but nutritious dinner. Of course, between my occupation, taking care of my kids, and maintaining our apartment, I've been too busy to cook healthy meals. More often than not I'm forced to eat out at horribly innutritious fast taco or burger restaurants. Every time I do it I feel like a bad mother, but I can't help it.
Just awhile ago a healthy alternative moved in just down the street. It's a bakery, a catering service, and a comfortable eatery. They have a diverse selection which is useful for my varied family. There is literally a food option for anybody, as my picky son can attest.
